RegisterA 45-minute Parent & Child gymnastics class in which young gymnasts explore, roll and swing their way through the gym in a safe and fun environment.
Our 45-minute Parent & Child gymnastics class for ages 12 months through age 3 starts with little gymnasts exploring, jumping, rolling and swinging, followed by an interactive movement song before you and your "mini" move through various gymnastics skill circuits. Class finishes with popping bubbles and a sticker for your "mini". Gross and fine motor development, body awareness and bonding with your "mini" are our focal points.

Yes! Adults will be assisting their "mini" throughout class.
Siblings under age 1 are welcome as long as they are in a chest or back a carrier on the adult. A lobby is available for older siblings to wait in with an adult that's not participating in class.
One adult at a time per registered child. If more than one adult would like to participate be sure to add them to your account so everyone can take turns spending time with their "mini"!

We’ll greet you at the front in the lobby 5 minutes before class starts. Kindergarten and younger parents are required to remain in the lobby during class in case their child needs to use the restroom. First Grade and older can be dropped off and picked up via carline at the front of The Prep.

We have a low coach to gymnast/tumbler ratio making it possible for our coaches to give a lot of attention to each child. On top of that we have chosen to break our classes by age and within the class by skill level. We have found our gymnasts thrive when in class with their peers emotionally, socially, and physically. And helps gymnasts progress because the expectations for following directions, listening are age appropriate.
Ages 3-5 - 1:4 or 1:6 depending on type of class.
Ages 6-12 - 1:6 or 1:8 ratio depending on type of class.
Make up classes are offered and scheduled within the month class was missed. Scheduling a make up can be done by emailing us at frontdesk@elitetechniquegymnastics.com and we’ll get back to you with an available day and time.
We offer a military discount. Please let us know when you register through your account that you are a military family and we’ll apply the discount for you!
Yes! They can sign up for as many classes as they like!
We require a cancellation notice via email sent to frontdesk@elitetechniquegymnastics.com by the 15th of the month prior to not be charged for the following month.
We have an annual “Parent Pop-In.” This is an opportunity to come into the gym with your child to see their progress and cheer them on! During your child’s weekly class you can view your them in “action” through our glass doors.
