Elite Technique Gymnastics specializes in personalized instruction in both private lessons and group classes. After carefully determining your child’s individual skill level we confidently progress them towards their personal gymnastics goals - whether it’s just to have fun or to be a future gold medalist!
If your child is new to gymnastics, our positive, building-block approach will help develop their personal confidence and foundational gymnastics skills, and we guarantee they’ll have fun doing it!
If your child is an experienced gymnast, our years of gymnastics coaching experience and precision instruction will help perfect the skills they have already attained and safely progress them to higher skill levels.
Your child’s safety is our highest priority, whether they are on bars, beam, or anywhere in between!
For us, your child's health and happiness are just as important as the skills they learn.
Our coaching is marked by positivity and encouragement. We celebrate every individual success!
Our high-caliber technical instruction aims to elevate gymnasts of all experience levels to even greater heights.
In 2013, we began our program by offering private tumbling lessons and after-school enrichment tumbling classes in local public and private schools. However, we quickly realized a need for a recreational gymnastics program that would cater to children of all ages and skill levels while fostering a positive and fun environment.
That's when we started ETG, offering a low coach-to-gymnast ratio and a positive building-block approach to coaching. Our commitment to developing children's personal confidence and foundational gymnastics skills while ensuring they have fun has been the driving force behind our preschool and recreational tumbling and gymnastics program, which we started offering in the spring of 2014.
Over the years, we have continued to expand our classes and offerings to include Parent Child classes, obstacle course-style classes, summer camps, skill clinics, and more.
Our team of coaches is dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children can develop their gymnastics skills and build confidence. We take pride in offering a program that is inclusive, engaging, and encourages our students to grow and develop at their own pace.
At ETG, we believe in personalized attention for each child to help them thrive and meet their full potential!
We use TOE to maximize your child’s time to practice on our equipment and assist in their drill and skill progressions.
We group classes by age and within those age groups by skill level. This allows peers to align in mental and emotional development, with personalized drills catering to each child's physical growth.
We break skills into "bite-size pieces" for tailored strength, flexibility, and technique development, ensuring smooth, LEGO-like progression for each child in their gymnastics journey.
We ensure that each coach undergoes a thorough background check, obtains adult/pediatric CPR and AED certification, and completes Safe Sport and Concussion trainings. In addition, our coaches receive continuing education in age-appropriate skill progression, skill spotting, and positive class management trainings. This way, we can guarantee that our coaches provide the best possible gymnastics instruction in a safe and supportive environment.
